Victor holds an A.B. in Mathematics from Princeton University, an M.S. in Operations Research from Stanford University, and a Ph.D. in Operations Research from Cornell University. He has more than thirty years of experience in the Financial Services industry, most significantly in Risk Management, Capital Management, and Investment Analytics. Two years ago Victor co-founded a consulting company which focuses on applications of machine learning to financial decision making.
Over the last ten years, Victor spent a chunk of his limited free time helping his daughters navigate the complexities of High School AP Science courses, Ivy League admissions, and college Applied Mathematics majors. Helping young minds discover new analytical skills is something he has enjoyed very much, and this led to his involvement with Summit Prep.
Victor was President of the Princeton Club on Northwestern New Jersey from 2011 to 2014 and was a member of the UC Berkeley Masters in Financial Engineering Steering Committee from 2004 to 2017.
